Roasted on N. Main
Kettle & Crow started with a five-kilo roaster and a stubborn belief that good coffee shouldn't have to travel across the country to taste fresh. We roast in small batches, cup every lot, and print the roast date on the bag.
Four origins, one roastery, and a pickup window on Tuesdays. That's the whole operation.
Three ways to get a good cup at home. Start with a medium grind, fresh water, and a scale.
Rinse the filter, bloom with twice the coffee's weight in water, then pour in slow circles. Let it drain fully between pours.
